What's your favorite daily ritual?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 05, 2007:
It definitely has to be checking my emails !
I'm not quite sure if its a ritual or a habit....good or bad. But it makes me wonder what I used to do before the 'computer age'.
Soon as I wake up, I'd grab my choc drink and my fingers would be looking for the computer switch to turn on the PC.
The web is a great tool if used wisely to connect, to gain intellect and to perpetually be unified with the rest of the universe and mortal ppl alike.
